How each story is written
Every story follows the same structure, so you can compare paths instead of reading testimonials:
1 - Starting point: role, years of experience, what they already knew. 2 - What they built in the cohort, and the problem it solved. 3 - What broke and how they fixed it. 4 - Where they work now, and over what period the change happened. 5 - A quote in their own words.

The expectation in AI Engineer HQ is that builders do the engineering work themselves: they work on issues, get pull requests reviewed, test their solution, deploy it and understand the decisions they're making, and these stories are about what each person built under that expectation, not about the cohort.
